Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Global Payroll PMO (Project Management Office) Consultant specializing in UKG OneView to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing and overseeing payroll projects, ensuring seamless implementation, process improvements, and stakeholder communication across global operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise, technical leadership, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. As a key contributor, you will lead initiatives that enhance payroll systems and processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance on a global scale.

Duties

- Lead and manage payroll-related projects utilizing UKG OneView, ensuring timely delivery aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee project scheduling, tracking progress, and adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among HR, finance, IT, and other relevant departments to ensure project success.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders at all levels to provide updates, gather requirements, and address concerns.
- Utilize project management tools to plan, monitor, and report on project activities, risks, and issues.
- Apply process improvement methodologies to optimize payroll workflows and system configurations for increased efficiency.




- Supervise technical project teams and provide leadership in technical aspects of payroll system implementation or upgrades.
- Conduct Excel data analysis to interpret payroll data trends, identify discrepancies, and support decision-making processes.
- Drive team leadership initiatives within the PMO to foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement in payroll projects.

Experience

- Proven experience in project management within a payroll or HR systems environment, specifically with UKG OneView or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience in technical project or program management roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis purposes.
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or equivalent platforms.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders across general regions.
- Track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex projects involving process improvements and system integrations.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to inform project decisions and optimize payroll processes.
