papernest seeks a Head of papernest Energía to own the energy customer portfolio, drive growth, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will act as autonomous owner within 6 months, shaping how commercial decisions impact the portfolio in a cross-functional, hands-on role.You will collaborate with Sales, Operations and leadership to optimize retention, monitor KPIs, and navigate regulatory obligations while building a scalable energy business in Spain. Remote work available 2 days/week.
