About the Role Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Production and Manufacturing Manager to oversee their operations in Madrid, Madrid. This critical role involves leading and optimizing all aspects of the production process, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. You will be responsible for managing production schedules, supervising a team of production staff, implementing process improvements, and meeting production targets. Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations. Develop and implement production plans to meet demand forecasts and business objectives. Manage, train, and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. Monitor production output and key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing corrective actions as needed. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and lower production costs. Ensure the proper maintenance and operation of all production machinery and equipment.



Collaborate with quality control, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations. Manage budgets related to production operations, including labor and materials. Maintain a safe and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in production management within a manufacturing environment. Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control systems. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in manufacturing. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills. Proficiency in production planning software and MS Office Suite. Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
