We are building the next generation of consumer apps powered by AI, and we are looking for an ASA Lead to own and scale Apple Search Ads across our portfolio. About the Role: As an ASA Lead, you will join the Growth team and lead the Apple Search Ads strategy across one or several of our apps. You will work closely with the Performance Marketing and Creative teams to design, test and iterate ASA strategies that drive profitable growth. Responsabilities: Own the full ASA strategy across the apps you manage Structure, launch and optimize campaigns across all ASA placements (Search Results, Search Tab, Today Tab, Product Pages) Run a continuous keyword research, expansion and negative‑matching process Build a relentless experimentation roadmap: bids, structures, audiences, custom product pages Work hand-in-hand with the Creative team to test CPPs and creative variants Partner with Performance Marketing to align ASA with the broader UA strategy Report on performance, surfacing insights, and pushing the strategy forward week after week About You: Academic background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics or a related field Technical expertise: 3+ years of hands‑on experience running Apple Search Ads at scale Preferably in‑house experience at a product/app company (not agency‑only background)



Proven track record scaling ASA for subscription or consumer apps Deep understanding of ASA mechanics: bidding strategies, match types, keyword research, search match, CPPs Strong knowledge of ASO fundamentals and how it interacts with ASA Familiarity with MMPs (Apps Flyer, Adjust) and SKAd Network Highly iterative mindset — you believe ASA is won through dozens of small, well‑designed tests, not big bets Perseverance and patience: you understand that ASA performance compounds over time Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data Communication: Fluent English (working language at Labhouse) Ability to clearly communicate strategy, hypotheses and results to non‑ASA stakeholders Nice to Have: Pluses that are needed occasionally: Experience managing ASA across multiple apps or geos Familiarity with ASA automation tools (Search Ads HQ, Bidnamic, Kochava, etc.) Experience collaborating with creative teams on CPP testing What we Offer: A key role inside a fast‑growing Growth team Ownership over the ASA strategy across one or several apps The chance to shape the ASA engine of one of the most ambitious AI app studios in Europe A team of senior operators with a proven track record of building and exiting category‑defining companies Remote work from anywhere in Europe.
