Grand Hyatt Barcelona is seeking a passionate Guest Services Officer - Groups to join the Front Office team. You will coordinate group accommodation operations, manage rooming lists, and serve as the main Front Office contact for group stays, ensuring seamless arrivals and departures.
This is an operational full-time role (40 hours/week) on a permanent contract. You will collaborate with Events, Housekeeping, Reservations, and Front Office to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
