Short Term Ministry Coordinator- South of Spain
Alongside the Team Leader of OM in Southern Spain, coordinating the short-term programmes, activities and communication with other OM fields, short term programme participants, team members, pastors and ministerial alliances.
This has resulted in a city with a lot of cultural diversity, providing an excellent opportunity to learn about both Spanish and Arab cultures.
For this position we are looking for someone who has a passion to coordinate different opportunities and activities for short term programme participants in order to share the good news of Christ with the least-reached in Spain, including equipping them to be effective in their own calling and ministry through their personal gifts during the outreach.
Some of the things you will be doing include planning the weekly schedule for short term outreaches, delegating programme activities, organising weekly training sessions, organising activities with ministerial alliances, team members and local churches.
