An opportunity for a Systems Engineer for A400M Mission Planning System has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid).

The selected candidate will join the Transport A/C Mission Support Systems Solutions team (TADMO7) within the Engineering Department.

Our team develops and maintains mission support and planning systems for the A400M, C295, and MRTT platforms.

You will become part of an agile, multi-functional team responsible for the design, development, and in-service support of the Mission Planning & Restitution System (MPRS) for the A400M program.RESPONSIBILITIESThe main tasks of the jobholder will be:Execute end-to-end system engineering tasks throughout the life cycle, including concept definition, design, requirements engineering, and qualification in an agile environment.Manage assigned task scope and quality, ensuring feasibility, reusability, safety, technical performance, and risk management.Define and execute system tests while contributing to overall process optimization.Provide in-service technical support and manage software updates for systems deployed at military bases.We are looking forward to knowing you:Education: University degree in Engineering (Aeronautical, Computer Science, Telecommunications) or a related technical discipline.Experience:
