The role involves full operational responsibility, including hiring, training, and ensuring high service standards.Experience must encompass a minimum of 5 years in similar luxury environments, with proficiency in English and Spanish, and ideally a third language.

Attractive compensation includes a base salary of €120k–€180k, plus bonus and benefits.
