Transform production processes, focusing your activity on improving productivity, quality, safety, and process costs, while always ensuring compliance with current regulations.
Analyze and document quality incidents, develop corrective action proposals, and implement those actions.
Participate in the factory's continuous improvement program, attending daily meetings to monitor the relevant processes assigned by the manager.
Monitoring process indicators,



analyzing and identifying opportunities for improvement, developing proposals for action to the manager, and implementing them according to the manager's guidelines.
Performing tasks associated with factory projects, according to established deadlines and costs.
You will have three reporting lines: to the factory engineering manager, the production area, and your direct manager.
Compliance with and monitoring of established quality, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Process Engineering. Master's degree in Continuous Improvement – Six Sigma (desirable).
English level B2.
You have 3 years of experience in similar roles leading continuous improvement projects for productive areas.
You are a dynamic, proactive person who can carry out projects independently with a sense of responsibility. Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h (with the same flexible start time).
