Lead, mentor and develop software engineering teams.
Improve delivery processes and engineering standards.
Support the adoption of modern engineering practices and AI tools.
Minimum 3 years' experience in Engineering Management.
Strong background in software engineering.
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Fluent Spanish and at least B1 English.
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
