Job Overview
We are currently seeking a results-oriented professional to fill our Dutch Speaking Sales Executive position in Spain. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing sales team in Barcelona, where you will drive business growth and engage with a diverse range of international clients within the competitive sales industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting and outbound outreach to final contract negotiation.
- Identify and qualify high-potential SMB accounts to expand our market presence in the Dutch-speaking regions.
- Conduct high-volume outbound sales activity through cold calling, strategic emailing, and professional networking.
- Lead discovery sessions to diagnose client pain points and present value-driven advertising solutions.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of all sales interactions and pipeline health within our CRM.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual KPIs regarding revenue, lead conversion, and activity targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term retention.
Requirements
- C2 level Dutch and C1 level English, both written and spoken.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in outbound sales, cold calling or business development.
- Demonstrated track record of success in high-pressure sales environments.
- Proficiency with CRM software and digital sales enablement tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
