Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end onboarding projects for new restaurant clients, ensuring a seamless transition from contract signature to successful platform launch.
- Deliver engaging, high-quality product training and implementation sessions tailored to client needs.
- Serve as the primary trusted partner for customers throughout the critical go-live phase.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and client satisfaction.
- Identify strategic opportunities to refine the onboarding experience and drive long-term product adoption.
- Analyze client feedback to suggest process improvements that increase efficiency and technical integration.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring our Hospitality SaaS solutions are understood and utilized effectively by our Dutch-speaking partners.

Requirements

- Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.




- Professional proficiency in English to collaborate within our international team environment.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, SaaS implementation, or onboarding.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model based in Barcelona, Spain.
- Valid EU passport or existing permit to work in Spain is required.
