Do you have proven experience in management in the retail sector? We are looking for a new Store Manager W/M for our Salomon store in San Sebastian de Los Reyes As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading a high performing store team to ensure that they:
- Effectively execute brand standards
- You will provide the highest level of customer experience and deliver the vision of the brand, supporting and mentoring the Assistant Store Manager and the Store Team with their personal and career development . You will motivate and inspire the team by articulating the compelling vision for the store, reflecting and maximizing the power of the Salomon brand
- You will manage all aspects of the store scorecard: people, operations, finance and customers to deliver consistently high performing results You will act as a role model and ensure that the team understands the customer's needs and profile,



so they can deliver consistently high-quality service
- You will be present and visible on the shop floor, interacting with customers and team members You will effectively manage the store inventory levels ensuring the market and customer needs are met
- Sales and Finance
- You will manage the resources to achieve the budgeted level of operating expenses and the in-store customer service experience
- You will deliver the P&L; and retail KPI’s in line with budget and forecast Management
- You will effectively lead the in-store team recruitment
- You will work with the ASM to ensure that all members of the team receive effective onboarding and ongoing training and education
- You will actively support and deliver the personal career development opportunities of the store team You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a retail leadership position , ideally in the footwear industry

• Proficiency in MS Office and understanding of key retail performance indicators
• You are fluent in English and in Spanish
• You are willing to work a shift schedule, including evenings and weekends
