Sant Cugat | Hybrid (2 days on-site).

Salary:
Up to 55k + performance bonus. Responsibilities ~ Design, build, and maintain ETL and reverse ETL pipelines using GCP , dbt , and Airbyte ~ Collaborate with marketing, operations, and production teams to define data requirements ~ Extract and integrate data from multiple tools and platforms ~ Optimize and maintain our data warehouse for performance and reliability ~ Monitor data quality, troubleshoot pipeline issues,



and implement continuous improvements ~ Support ML model deployment and maintenance ~3+ years of experience designing and building large-scale data systems (ETL/ELT, modeling, warehousing) ~ Strong Python and advanced SQL skills ~ Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform ~ Familiarity with Airflow , Prefect , or Temporal for orchestration ~ Knowledge of Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) Nice-to-have Experience with dbt and Airbyte Exposure to ML deployment and ad-tech environments Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders 23 vacation days + birthday off Birthday off Modern office in Sant Cugat with chill zones and kitchen
