Sabio Group in Madrid is seeking a Genesys Cloud Consultant to join our Operations team on a permanent full-time basis. You will deploy and maintain multi-country Genesys Cloud projects, integrate CRM systems, and design voice flows and data actions to support omni-channel CX initiatives.

Adecuado candidates will have hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX, CRM integrations, and real-time reporting, plus fluent Spanish. The role offers collaboration across a dynamic, learning-focused environment.
