We’re hiring: IT Manager We’re looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead our technology team and help drive the digital capabilities of a growing energy group operating nationwide across Spain. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines strong technical expertise, business orientation and experience leading technology teams and software projects. ? What makes this role different? We already have a modern, mature and internally developed technology stack, supported by a highly knowledgeable team with deep expertise in the energy business. The challenge isn’t to constantly reinvent our technology. It’s to make the most of what we already have: ? Understand what the business really needs ? Turn those needs into simple, useful software solutions ? Deliver quickly and effectively ? Keep technology secure, reliable and maintainable ? Avoid unnecessary complexity and over-engineering ? AI is already deeply embedded in the way our IT team works, including AI-assisted software development. You’ll also play a key role in driving the responsible adoption of AI across the organization and ensuring that it delivers real business value. ? What will you do?
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of 6 people




• Work closely with business teams to understand their real needs and priorities
• Lead IT projects from requirements through to delivery
• Stay hands-on and contribute to software development and technical design when needed
• Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and value
• Ensure solutions are simple, intuitive, secure and reliable
• Challenge unnecessary requirements and avoid over-engineering
• Drive the effective and responsible adoption of AI ?️ What are we looking for?
• 15+ years of IT experience
• Strong technical background across Cloud, Cybersecurity, Web & Backend Development, Databases, Infrastructure and AI
• Extensive experience leading technology teams and software projects
• Strong business and product mindset
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions
• A pragmatic, decisive and results-oriented approach
