PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The Operations HR Manager supports Retail Operations by delivering effective Human Resources solutions that drive business performance across airport locations. Acting as a trusted HR partner, this role provides guidance on people-related matters, ensures compliance with labor regulations and company policies, and contributes to the successful implementation of HR strategies, organizational changes, and employee development initiatives. Partner with Retail Operations leaders and managers to provide HR guidance and support on day-to-day people matters. Support the implementation of global and local HR strategies, policies,



and initiatives aligned with business objectives. Build a strong understanding of operational challenges and business needs to contribute to effective HR decision-making. Advise managers on HR solutions, employee relations matters, and organizational change initiatives. Monitor and manage employee absences in partnership with operational leaders, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. Support the implementation of Health & Safety programs and ensure compliance with legal and company requirements. Coordinate training activities and collaborate with the Learning & Development team to identify and address capability-building needs. Support workforce planning activities, including staff roster preparation and operational HR administration. Promote a customer-focused HR service that enhances employee experience and operational effectiveness. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience, ideally within a retail, hospitality, logistics, or other operational environment. Solid knowledge of employee relations, labor legislation, and HR best practices. Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills. Fluent Spanish and English communication skills.
