From the dynamic Customer Hub in Barcelona, a multicultural team of around 152 employees supports four key European markets across customer service, sales, and VIP care. You will join a dedicated DACH team of around 50 colleagues delivering top-tier travel experiences for German-speaking guests. As a Cruise Expert for the German market,



you will be the central commercial and service point of contact for our client's German-speaking customers. You will combine sales and consultative service to turn travel inquiries into dream vacations. Identifying customer needs, handling objections, and recommending tailored cruise packages, shore excursions, and premium onboard experiences Updating reservations and maintaining customer data in the CRM system Achieving productivity, call, and sales targets Native-level written and spoken German Proficiency in English or Spanish (for internal communication) Interest in sales-driven customer service, sales, or the hospitality/tourism industry Motivation to work target-oriented in a team toward sales and quality goals You feel comfortable in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment, adapt flexibly to shift models and sales campaigns, and bring team spirit to a multicultural workplace. #
