Design and build scalable backend infrastructure optimized for high-performance AI and ML workloads. Lead Feature Development : Own end-to-end delivery of key product features, from concept through deployment and ongoing support. Implement systems designed for high-throughput, low-latency, large-scale data processing. Drive proactive evolution of system architecture to meet future scale and performance demands. Develop streamlined CI/CD workflows for rapid testing, deployment, and iteration. Shape engineering strategy and roadmap decisions through close collaboration with technical leadership. Mentor engineers, establish best practices, and continuously refine engineering processes. Partner Cross-Functionally : Collaborate with product, ML,



and full‑stack engineering teams to align features with business goals. Ensure uptime and resilience with advanced monitoring, logging, and alerting using Docker, Kubernetes, and modern cloud platforms. 10+ years of backend engineering experience with contributions to large‑scale platform development. ~ Deep expertise in C, C++, Python , REST APIs, and modern backend frameworks. ~ Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, RocksDB, etc.). ~ Demonstrated success in implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices. ~ Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience. Hands‑on experience with distributed databases, data lake technologies, or AI agents .
