seQura provides innovative, adaptable and easy-to-use payment technologies that help merchants acquire, convert and retain more customers. We make a difference in sales performance by tailoring our solutions to different sectors, to address their unique pain points and deliver superior results in Retail, Education, Eyewear, Repairs and Travel. We also empower smart shopping to consumers who seek more value, convenience, and flexibility in their shopping, with new payment experiences that allow them to save, access interest-free credit, or pay in small, comfortable installments of up to 24 months. Born in Barcelona, seQura is a privately-owned fintech, currently expanding throughout southern Europe and Latin America, growing above 50% CAGR. We’re looking for a Senior Product Builder who wants to own product problems, not just engineering tasks. This is not a frontend or backend-specific role. Our main stack is Ruby on Rails and React, but we care more about strong engineering fundamentals, product judgment and the ability to work across the stack when needed. You’ll be expected to help create the work: understand merchants and the business, challenge assumptions, work through ambiguity and decide with the team what is worth building. About the Merchant Experience team We build the B2B product experiences that help merchants manage and grow their business with seQura. The team owns merchant-facing products and the platform behind them, including order management, analytics, self-service capabilities, growth initiatives and platform features used by other B2B teams. We are a small team of senior Product Engineers and a Product Designer, with no dedicated Product Manager by design . Initiatives are led by engineers who take ownership of a problem, gather context, define the hypothesis and success criteria, shape the work, drive delivery and follow up after launch. AI-assisted development is part of our daily workflow. As implementation gets faster,

we expect engineers to spend more of their judgment on what to build, why it matters and what we learn from it . Act as Champion for initiatives: gather context, define hypotheses and success criteria, shape the work and drive it forward. Work directly with merchants, business stakeholders, Product Design and other engineering teams when needed. Build and operate production software across backend and frontend. Use data, feedback and experiments to decide whether to iterate, change direction or stop. Contribute to evolving Merchant Portal into a platform other B2B teams can build on. Use AI throughout your workflow, including exploration, implementation, testing, debugging and learning unfamiliar systems. Learn the B2B domain, Merchant Portal, codebase and current initiatives. Own a small initiative with support from the team, from understanding the problem to shipping it. 7+ years of experience building production software. ~ Strong software engineering fundamentals. ~ Comfortable working across backend and frontend when needed. ~ Experience using AI meaningfully in your software development workflow. ~ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience with Ruby on Rails and/or React. Strong full-stack experience. Spanish fluency. With us, you will have challenging projects to work on and push your skills and knowledge. In addition, we are very proud of the unique office we have, which offers a comfortable and inspiring environment to work in with everything you need. ~Flexible compensation plan for transportation, restaurants, and kindergarten with Cobee. ~ Health insurance discounts ~ Flexible
