We are looking for an experienced Senior PMO (+5 years of experience) to support several high-impact transformation initiatives within a leading international pharmaceutical company. This role requires exceptional coordination, communication, planning, and governance capabilities, working closely with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution across multiple strategic programs. The successful candidate will help drive alignment, provide visibility across initiatives, manage governance activities, and support delivery teams operating in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Performance & Governance Initiatives (50%) Support a large-scale business improvement program focused on enhancing performance measurement, reporting consistency, and operational alignment across multiple functions. Supporting planning, governance, and execution tracking. Agile Delivery & Portfolio Coordination (25%) Act as PMO and Agile delivery support for strategic programs involving multiple stakeholders and delivery teams. Supporting planning cycles and delivery execution. Coordinating team ceremonies and project activities. Business Transformation Programs (25%) Support organization-wide transformation initiatives aimed at improving processes, operating models, and business performance. Monitoring project plans and transformation activities. Supporting governance forums and action tracking.



Facilitating planning sessions and cross-team collaboration. Driving continuous improvement in project execution and governance practices. Proven +5 years experience as a Senior PMO, Program Manager, Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Scrum Master in complex organizational environments. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior leadership teams. Excellent project planning, coordination, and governance skills. Experience working within Agile delivery environments. Advanced knowledge of Jira and Confluence. Fluent English (minimum B2 level, ideally C1). Exposure to data-driven transformation initiatives, reporting frameworks, or enterprise performance management programs. Agile delivery experience and/or Scrum Master certification.
