Intertek , a leading provider of ATIC (Assurance, Testing, Inspection and Certification) Services, for its Industry Services Division is looking for an HSE Representative for a long term project based at supplier in both Tarragona and Avenza areas. Presence will be split 75% Tarragona/25% Avenza, requiring regular travel between the two sites and suppliers to ensure oversight, coaching, and HSE alignment. Participate in Toolbox talks with contractors. Manage safety training requirements on site. Walk each yard, observe JSA’s, and provide coaching to employees and contractor safety staff. Discuss trends with contractors for them to address during weekly mass meetings. Conduct a weekly safety site walk with contractor management and minimally two HSSE Gemba walks per week. Maintain incident reporting and management database. Proven experience in HSE management or coordination in similar contests and projects in the oil and gas field. Strong knowledge of SIMOPS, JSA, and field safety practices, with ability to coach and influence contractors. Fluent in English. #
