Position: Systems Analyst, Laboratory Applications Manage the routine activities and configuration related to all laboratory applications Effectively manage projects to completion on time and on budget Provide high-level customer service, promptly responding to end user requests for support, including troubleshooting, problem solving, report development, training, or system enhancements and correction testing Perform disaster recovery testing and documentation Provide onsite support to local CTI employees for computer system hardware, software, and telecommunications Assist with testing and validation Manage inventory of IT equipment and supplies; replenish as needed,
