You will join a diverse, collaborative team operating in a dynamic and challenging environment, leading Tactical Data Links (Link 16, Link 22, VMF, JRE, etc.) In this role, you will cover the complete lifecycle of Data Link systems across multiple international programs and customer contracts. Hardware & Interface Definition: Specify equipment hardware, installation requirements, and define system interfaces. Supplier & Vendor Management: Monitor supplier technical activities, validate engineering documentation, and maintain equipment configuration control. Testing & Problem Investigation: Analyze test results from rig and aircraft environments, investigate technical issues, and drive change proposals. Proven experience in Tactical Data Link integration (e.g., Languages & Communication: High level of English proficiency (written and spoken) with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). Agile methodology & Document Management Systems (DMS). Hybrid model of working when possible, promoting the work-life balance.
