As a Data Scientist in Accenture’s Data & AI for Supply Chain team, you will: Apply AI, advanced analytics, and optimization techniques to solve complex supply chain challenges. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business consultants, to implement cutting-edge supply chain solutions Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. ~ Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus). ~4+ years of experience in Data & AI or related fields (we are hiring at different experience levels). Python, R, SQL Operation Reasearch & Simulation: LP, ILP, Heuristics/Meta-Heuristics, Discrete Events Simulation, digital twins.



Machine Learning & AI: Forecasting, predictive modeling, optimization algorithms. Generative AI: LLMs, AI-driven scenario generation, synthetic data modeling, and workflow automation. Cloud & Big Data: Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP, including AI/ML services. Supply Chain Solutions: Familiarity with o9, Blue Yonder (BY), SAP IBP, or similar tools. Data Engineering & Visualization: Large-scale data processing, market solutions/platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, ..), and tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze supply chain challenges and design AI-driven solutions. Understanding the impact of AI and analytics on supply chain efficiency, resilience, and cost reduction. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences. What’s in It for You?
