Coordinate deployment plans, milestones, readiness checks, implementation windows and cross-team dependencies. Track site access, facilities prerequisites, local constraints, asset/CMDB updates and lifecycle activities. Coordinate testing, closure evidence, runbooks, monitoring confirmation and handover to support teams. Support Capacity & Infrastructure Activities
- Assist in rack setup, power provisioning, and cable management. Coordinating infrastructure, network, workplace technology or IT platform deployments in a integral managed-services environment. Strong planning, follow-up and documentation discipline across ITSM/change processes, schedules and evidence packs.



Working understanding of LAN/WLAN, WAN/SD-WAN, cloud connectivity, UC, asset lifecycle and CMDB.
