We are looking for a mid-level Data Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to support us by transforming data into actionable insights that improve productivity, quality, and business performance. This role will be responsible for analyzing operational and commercial metrics, identifying trends, providing recommendations to guide strategic decision-making, and leading productivity analysis across content production teams. Develop, maintain, and analyze dashboards and reports that measure content production performance, operational efficiency, quality, and business impact. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including productivity, throughput, cycle time, SLA adherence, quality, and resource utilization. Lead productivity analysis to identify improvement opportunities, bottlenecks, and efficiency gains across the content production workflow.



Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations that support operational and strategic decision-making. Perform root cause analysis to understand performance trends and recommend corrective actions. Build forecasting models and capacity planning analyses to support the production and traffic leads with resource allocation and workload management. Identify automation opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations. Present findings and executive-level summaries to leadership and key stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. ~3–5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or operational analytics. ~ Advanced proficiency in SQL. ~ Strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Airtable and Smartsheet. ~ Advanced Excel skills. ~ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain data to non-technical audiences. Experience in content production environments. Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams. Improved visibility into operational performance through effective dashboards.
