DWS Group in Madrid is seeking a VP of Cyber Security Risk, Controls & Assurance to lead AI security risk management and control activities across the organisation. You will establish frameworks, coordinate risk assessments and report to senior leadership.

We expect 8+ years in cybersecurity risk, strong experience with AI/ML risk, vulnerability management, and third‑party assurance, plus a proven ability to translate technical risks into policy and governance actions. Hybrid work model offered.
