We're looking for a Senior/Staff Site Reliability Engineer to join our Infrastructure Team in the Platform Domain. We’re a team of 200+ Product Engineers building Business Management solution that actually works for the people using it. Our core stack is Ruby on Rails and React but the interesting work right now is what we're building on top of that: agentic workflows, LLM-integrated features, systems that behave probabilistically rather than deterministically. Our Infrastructure team’s mission is to keep the Factorial application running 24/7, ensure its performance, scalability and security, as well as research improvements to enable Product Engineers to develop new use cases adding value to our customers. 8+ years of Software/Systems Engineering experience, with 5+ years as Cloud SRE ~ Solid experience monitoring and troubleshooting large-scale cloud deployments ~ Hands‑on with Terraform or Ansible for IaC ~ Observability experience with Datadog, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry ~ Proficiency with AWS or Azure ~ Someone able to debug issues in Kubernetes clusters ~ Experience managing large MySQL clusters with HA configuration ~ Someone who can communicate professionally in English Please note this is not a backend or frontend Software Engineering role. As a Staff Engineer you’ll lead technical discussions and provide guidance to more junior engineers on best practices and coding standards. Identify and troubleshoot software defects and implement effective solutions. You will learn from the entire team, both on technical topics (performance, architecture…)
