DOCTENA is seeking a Customer Care Officer to drive onboarding and adoption of our online medical platform across Europe. The role is fully remote with occasional visits to our Luxembourg headquarters, and involves guiding customers through setup, trainings, and ongoing success initiatives. You will coordinate with Sales, Support and Technical teams to resolve onboarding challenges, monitor progress, and ensure customers achieve their objectives and derive maximum value from the platform.
