We are partnering with a leading general luxury real estate developer to appoint a Development Director to oversee the delivery of a high-end, branded residential development in one of Spain’s most sought-after locations, near Marbella.

This is an opportunity to join an internationally recognised developer delivering exceptional residential destinations for the ultra-luxury market.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced development professional with a strong background in both real estate development and construction, ideally within the Costa del Sol market. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of taking major developments from planning through to successful execution and delivery.

Key Requirements

- Senior Development Manager or Development Director-level experience.
- Strong experience in both construction and real estate development on the Costa del Sol.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in development planning and execution.
