Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is seeking a talented Assistant Restaurant Manager (all day dining) to join our pre-opening team. You will assist in leading the daily Food and Beverage operation for our All-Day Dining Restaurant and will help create an exciting rooftop dining concept in partnership with the renowned Dani García.

You will oversee talent development, guest relations, menus and wine lists, while controlling expenses and ensuring service excellence in a luxury setting.
