NCC Group in Madrid is seeking a part-time People Partner Advisor to deliver the local People Plan for Spain and Portugal, provide timely guidance to managers, and ensure compliance with employment legislation. Reporting to the Associate Director, People Partnering, you will handle employee relations, liaise with the local trade union, support onboarding, transitions and payroll coordination, and contribute to governance.
