GTS Group Ltd in Vigo, Spain, is hiring a Hardware Electronics Engineer to own power-conversion hardware design at their on-site facility. This role reports to the CTO and focuses on building circuits from concept to prototype, not relying on off-the-shelf modules.

You will design high-voltage power stages above 300V, select MOSFETs/IGBTs/SiC/GaN, and validate with lab measurements, oscilloscope analysis, and EMI/EMC considerations.
