We are currently looking for a Technical Business Analyst with experience in APIs and integrations to join a stable project within a leading international company. You will join a development team responsible for a microservice integrated with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Your mission will be to act as a link between the business, the cross-functional team, Marketing Cloud and development, transforming functional needs into clear technical solutions and an actionable backlog.

Задачи

- Gather and analyze requirements from business and Marketing.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for development.
- Analyze how new initiatives affect the microservice, APIs and the different integrated systems.
- Participate in defining, refining and prioritizing the technical backlog.
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases and test scenarios.
- Participate in defining and monitoring integrations via REST and/or SOAP APIs.
- Document integration flows, business rules, data mappings, dependencies and error handling.
- Act as a link between the business, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, the cross-functional team and the development teams.
- Identify risks, dependencies, blockers and technical impacts before development begins.
- Coordinate functional, technical, integration and UAT testing.




- Support initiatives from definition through production deployment and subsequent validation.
- Collaborate on tracking bugs, incidents, logs and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Help prioritize initiatives, taking into account business value, effort, team capacity, dependencies and technical risk.

Требования

- Experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Integration Analyst, Technical Product Owner or in similar technical-functional roles.
- Experience gathering requirements and turning them into technical solutions, user stories, acceptance criteria and an actionable backlog for development teams.
- Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, services or microservices, including flows and data mappings, dependencies, validations and error handling.
- Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM or MarTech environments.
- Ability to act as a link between the business, Marketing Cloud and development, communicating directly with technical profiles.
- Experience refining and prioritizing backlogs using Agile, Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
- Regular use of tools such as Jira and Confluence.
