Barcelona Supercomputing Center is seeking an HR Controlling & Analytics Coordinator to lead workforce cost planning, budgeting, and data-driven HR analytics. The role reports to the Head of HR and works within the Management Department.
You will develop reports and dashboards, coordinate monthly analytics packages, and partner with Finance, Legal, and other HR units to drive strategic decisions. A strong focus on diversity and inclusive practices is emphasized.
