Rakuten TV is seeking a seasoned PMO/Program Manager to lead delivery governance for Product & Technology in a fast-paced streaming environment. You will own roadmaps, capacity planning and risk reporting, partnering with Product Managers, engineering leaders and sales to ensure on-time, high-quality execution across channels, connectors and telcos.

You will develop the annual strategy view, design lightweight processes, and drive improvements in estimation accuracy and delivery predictability,
