Moniepoint in Spain is seeking a Head of Engineering for the Rewards platform. You’ll own the technical roadmap, architecture, and delivery for a consumer-facing product built to drive engagement and retention at scale.

You will inherit a nine-engineer team, plus Managers, and will shape the org to 25+ people, aligning with Growth, Sales and Marketing. A strong emphasis on experimentation, front-end/mobile depth, and hands-on leadership is essential.
