Pangea Propulsion in Barcelona seeks a Lead Avionics Engineer to drive the end-to-end avionics architecture for propulsion systems. You will own hardware, firmware, sensors, power, and data networks, mentoring engineers and defining the technical baseline.

The role demands 8–10 years in avionics or safety-critical systems, hands-on leadership, and experience with DOORS/Jama/Polarion. English proficiency and willingness to travel to suppliers and test facilities are required.
