ICF, a consultancy with integral offices, is seeking a Project Finance Controller to drive financial performance across Europe & Asia. The role sits in Madrid, Spain, on a permanent basis, and collaborates with PMs and leadership to manage revenue recognition, billing, WIP and month-end close.

Responsibilities cover IFRS/US GAAP revenue, contract reviews, MIS reporting, and internal controls, including training PMs on best practices and governance.
