Straumann Group seeks an experienced CSV and Test Management Lead to drive validation and testing of General Business Applications such as SAP and Salesforce. You will shape the validation strategy, manage documentation, and partner with IT, QA and compliance to ensure regulatory alignment across global deployments.

You will lead a cross‑functional team, mentor staff, and implement best practices for CSV, test planning, traceability, and audits while operating in a hybrid Madrid/Wroclaw setting
