As an Electrical Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for the electrical engineering scope of projects, ensuring high-quality technical deliverables while coordinating activities across multidisciplinary teams.

How you'll make an impact

- Responsible for Electrical Engineering deliverables in projects, including planning, coordinating, and communicating all technical aspects related to the Electrical scope of work within the project.
- Delivering electrical design deliverables in the following areas: Electrical Plant Schematic, Control Cubicle Design, Relay Cubicle Design, Station Power design (after Auxiliary transformer), Cable engineering (< 1 kV), and miscellaneous equipment based on customer specifications.
- Turning customer expectations and requirements into safe, qualitative, and cost-effective designs based on base solutions, internal design rules, and national regulations in the country of delivery.
- Collaborating within Electrical Engineering, as well as with System, Primary Engineering, Studies,



and Civil Engineering teams.

Your background

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar work experience.
- Around 5 years of experience in Power Systems, Power quality, Power Grid Solution, Power transmission (HVDC), Substations
- Extensive knowledge of Electric Cad system. Zuken E3 and Engineering Base is a benefit.
- Knowledge of calculation tools. ETAP is a benefit.
- Knowledge of relay configuration.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, governance, and strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in English is essential for this role, given the international nature of our work environment. Additional language skills will be highly valued
