Based in the Deessa Department, you will supervise the assigned kitchen section, ensuring quality, portion control, and HACCP compliance while supporting menu planning and special events.

You will lead and train cooks, maintain cleanliness and equipment, and collaborate with other sections to deliver an exceptional guest experience in a luxury, 5-star setting.
