Gather Health is seeking a mid-level Backend Engineer to help build Esther, our AI voice agent, and a core part of Gather Connect. You will own Python services that decide when to call, bring patient context into conversations, and transform patient input into follow-ups.

You will work on a small engineering team across Germany, Spain, and Italy, collaborating with product, design, and clinical operations to ensure reliable, multilingual support for patients after discharge.
