Job description
We are seeking a Store Manager to join our team for a fixed-term assignment, covering a temporary leave of absence and overseeing one of our stores in Barcelona
As a Store Manager your main tasks will be:
- Building revenue, overseeing back-office operations, and supervising sales teams.
- Developing strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets through clientelling, exceptional customer service, events, partnerships, and traffic‑driving initiatives.
- Ensuring a consistent, high‑quality in‑store experience for all customers.
- Thinking strategically and driving the business in alignment with company standards.
- Prioritizing, planning, delegating, managing administrative tasks, and adapting to evolving business needs.
- Maximizing inventory efficiency and ensuring strong cash control and loss‑prevention practices.
