Platform Engineering is seeking an Events Growth Marketing Manager to own registration and attendance growth across our events portfolio, including PlatformCon and AgenticCon, traveling to major cities worldwide. You’ll build growth loops, audiences, and repeatable playbooks to fill events and sustain high attendance.

You’ll report to the Head of Growth and collaborate with design, content, and lifecycle teams to optimize event pages and campaigns using HubSpot and Luma.
