Concentrix Spain is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Barcelona (on-site) to join our growing team and support leading brands in the automotive and EV sectors. You will handle incoming contacts via phone, email, and chat, resolve issues within SLA, and escalate when needed.

The adecuado candidate is fluent in English, proficient in Danish, with at least 1 year of customer service experience, and comfortable with IT platforms such as Windows/MS Office.
