Associate International Tax | Crossborder Compliance | AIF Your Tasks: Responsible in the fund department for corporate tax, international tax compliance (FATCA/CRS) and client tax reporting
Dealing with strategic and operational tax topics with respect to funds and clients
Review transfer pricing documentation
Dealing with international jurisdictions
Monitoring and evaluating impact of tax regulation in foreign countries
Worldwide tax reporting initiatives from OECD, foreign governments, and other regulatory authorities
Evaluating tax reporting and accurately reflecting international tax implications
Providing cross-business unit support
Analysing tax implications of contemplated transactions, business initiatives and proposals to aid in decision‐making




Strong focus on improving controls and processes, including effective implementation of technology solutions
Regularly review operational control procedures and internal controls
Providing support to auditors during tax audits and handling correspondence with tax authorities
Ad hoc projects.
Your Profile: Master's in Law, Economics, or Finance
Professional experience at a Big Four firm or a top-tier law firm is required
In-depth technical knowledge of Swiss and international tax law and transfer pricing
Understanding of tax accounting
Experienced with cross-border and international tax issues
Detail-oriented personality with excellent analytical and solution-oriented project management skills
Strong organizational and IT skills
Excellent in communication and interpersonal relationships
Fluent English.
