The Renewals Manager is responsible for supporting all aspects of the renewal process, from creating quotes and negotiating contracts to ensuring the customer has the right product mix for success. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure customer renewal goals are met and that contracts are accurate. In this role, you will work with cross-functional resources to minimize churn and increase net revenue retention. Quote & Order Management: Create quotes, manage orders, and report invoice requirements to Accounting.



Contract Compliance: Work with legal to ensure that contract terms are up to date and ensure that no contract is expired. Expansion Identification: Work with the account executive to identify expansion opportunities to increase Copado's footprint at the customer.
