The Opportunity We're seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to support and accelerate our growth in the EU market. This role offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact by managing the full remote sales cycle—from lead qualification to closing—within a fast-growing integral tech company that combines scale with startup agility. Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound sales activities (calls, email, virtual meetings) Qualify leads and identify customer needs and business opportunities Conduct remote product presentations and solution demos Build and maintain relationships with prospects, partners, and existing customers Prepare proposals, quotations,



and support deal negotiations Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in CRM systems Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns Provide customer feedback, market insights, and competitive intelligence

Your Profile
~ Good English (additional languages are a plus) ~1–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales development, or B2B remote selling ~ Experience in IT hardware, SaaS, or technology solutions (POS experience is a plus) ~ Comfortable using CRM tools and digital sales platforms ~ Ability to quickly understand and explain technical products ~ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience What Makes You Stand Out Experience selling remotely into the Europe market Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Familiarity with POS, Auto ID, mobility, or retail technology Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills Your Characteristics Self-motivated and proactive Results-driven with strong ownership mindset Excellent communicator and relationship builder Organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Collaborative and adaptable
